Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator

35 hours per week, negotiable
Start: 1st January 2015

Progress to Health is a community organisation providing health and disability support services in Waikato, Taupo and Taranaki District Health Board areas. As a means to address the organisation’s on-going sustainability and growth, it launched PressGo in May 2014. PressGo takes on the philosophies of Progress to Health’s services and has adapted them to meet the needs of the wider business world.

If you believe you can work with a wide variety of business, organisations, employers and their staff to create healthy and vibrant workplaces, you might be the person we’re looking for.

Will vary, but include:
· Up-to-date, accurate and relevant information provided to businesses and organisations that meet their needs
· Support to employers and employees;
· Strong links with a wide variety of business entities and organisations;
· Active promotion of PressGo which leads to purchase of services;

· Can develop trusting and productive relationships with customers
· Takes a non-judgmental approach
· Supports the customer to identify their business needs and then develop and deliver an appropriate solution

Ideally you:
· Have experience in developing and delivering information and education in a variety of formats e.g. workshops, newsletters, events, website.
· Have a positive attitude and respect toward all people.
· Understand of the three principles of Te Tiriti O Waitangi
· Are computer literate (not least the Microsoft Suite)
· Have a current driver’s license and first aid certificate
· Have a relevant formal qualification and/or proven track record

Your ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion and make sound judgement calls will be a given.
